Safe Return To Workplace After COVID-19

Agencies like the Center of Disease Control and Prevention  (CDC) and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) have set guidelines and best practices for a safe building reopening. Using these recommendations in conjunction with current research conducted by the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health, the National Library of Medicine, and more, we have highlighted key factors to be addressed prior to reopening.

Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health's statement

The Harvard School of Public Health has conducted research as current as May, 2020 on the relationship between air pollution and COVID-19 mortality. Their research concludes that a small increase in long-term exposure to PM2.5 leads to a large increase in the COVID-19 death rate. 


The CDC recommends regular cleaning and disinfecting of high touch spaces. This process allows you to kill germs and further lower the risk of disease spread throughout your building. Once a proper baseline has been established, routine cleanings are necessary for continuous safety.
